MarkF Thanks for sending the settings file. The problem is in the strobe settings under:
Settings > PItch > Strobe > Threshold
You've set it to 0 Cents which lets the strobe appear only if you have absolutely reached your tuning target.
This setting does not make much sense. Some people set the strobe thresholds to very low values to have a kind of blushing effect when they reach the tuning target. Simply set it to None to get your strobe back, or any higher threshold if you want the strobe to be shown dynamically.
