There's a new update pianoscope v3.3.0 with two small new features:
You can now adjust the height of the tuning scale in Main Menu > Settings > Pitch > Indicator > Scale > Height
The pitch curve in the pro version now shows the average and median deviation of the measured pitches from the target tuning curve:
In addition to this, the importing of TuneLab files is much improved and now officially supported.
