App not working

I upgraded and set up my iPhone and now my app doesn’t work. The 2 pianos I had are not there, and when I hit Create it won’t create a new piano like it doesn’t know I bought the app. Not sure how to proceed. I bought standard about 3 years ago.

Hello Tom,

have you setup your new phone with the same Apple ID (e-mail address) as the old one? All your App Store purchases are kept by Apple under this ID.
Does it only affect Pianoscope or does it also affect other purchased apps? Have you tried pressing the „Restore Purchases“ button at the bottom of the In-App Purchases panel inside pianoscope?
