Dear Developer Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my subscription status in the app. The app displays the message "Your subscription has expired." However, when I check the subscription details, the information appears inconsistent. Please see the details below:
In the app, under In-App Purchase, it shows Pro – ฿4,990.00/year, with the note:
"Your subscription expired on 21 Feb BE 2569."
When I select Subscribe to Pro – ฿4,990.00/year, it displays the message:
"You are currently subscribed to this. Your subscription to Pro Annual Subscription renews on 21 Feb 2027 for ฿4,990.00."
It provides two options: Manage and OK.
I also selected Restore Purchases, entered my Apple ID password, but nothing changed. The app still shows that my subscription has expired.
In my Apple ID subscription settings, the subscription is listed as active.
Despite this, the app continues to display that my subscription has expired and does not unlock the Pro features.
Could you please help me resolve this issue or advise what I should do next?
