I can't start the free trial, nor can I even purchase any of the versions. I've been at it for over an hour, and I'm about ready to never look at an ipad again.
Symptoms:
I'm using a 7th gen ipad, iOS 18. I open pianoscope, it gives me the in-app purchases popup, I tap on "start free trial", the buttons all go grey, and nothing happens. Occasionally it will ask for verification for me to type in my password, I do that, and it goes back to the greyed out popup where nothing happens. Occasionally it'll reach a home screen where I can select "Create a piano", but selecting that results in being returned to the popup, where the problem persists. When it's especially stuck, it'll just show the background image of piano hammers, and it becomes completely unresponsive even after restarting the app. It requires restarting the ipad to get the popup again where the problem continues to persist.
I've tried selecting every other option in the popup, the same problem occurs. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Restarting my ipad. Reinstalling the app and restarting my ipad. Restoring old purchases. Letting it sit for a long period of time to rule out lag.
Please help.
