Thank you both for your response. It was quite frustrating to have the app turned into the free viewer when I was on a time crunch. I also restarted the app several times hoping that would fix it, but it wasn't until I went back outside that I had sufficient service that it started working again. Thankfully, this is the first and only time so far this has happened, but hopefully a reasonable solution can be implemented to save others some grief over the surprise.
Let this be no criticism, Frank. The app is wonderful and so helpful. Thank you for creating it!
