David Wheeler When I click on a previously created tuning the Tuning view comes up and I presume I can start to tune straight away but when I play the keys on the piano there is no registration on the iphone screen. The other thing I see a the top left of the screen while in this Tuning view is an arrow pointing left instead of the folders icon. I did create 3 folders to transfer individual tunings to but have trouble finding them. All I see is the individual tunings. Any help will be much appreciated.
David Wheeler Today I put in all the details for a new tuning then pressed 'create' but it wouldn't register any sound for the inharmonicity or fine tune. Sounds like microphone problen but that seems to be on . It all worked well last week. Have you had this happen?
Frank Illenberger It looks like there is an issue with the audio input. Does a small orange dot appear somewhere on the screen when you are in the tuning view? With this the system indicates that audio recording is active. You could try to shutdown your iPhone and restart it: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118259 Let me know if this helps.
David Wheeler Restarting solved the problem. Then I saw, the orange light. The piano is now nicely tuned. Many thanks.
MilanDka Only Pianoscope have problem with microphone. If I use at the some time another tuning software (Veritune, Piatune) they haven’t problem. The orange point is slowly flashing at Pianoscope.
