Hello, Frank. Suddenly I have a problem. I bought a Pianoscope Pro in September 2022.
I recently discovered that in my Account in the App Store it is not in the Purchased section.
How do I solve this problem and have any of my colleagues encountered this?
MarkF Hello Mark, what is the actual problem you are having? Doesn't pianoscope run anymore as licensed on your device? The "Purchased" section in the App Store app account panel usually lists pianoscope if you have merely downloaded it but did not purchase anything. So it is quite unusual that your App Store app does not list it.
The App Store app and the database behind is however run by Apple, so it is out of my control.
