Please, can you try this style?:
In Octave Pure Style, you reduce the weight for the 3:1 twelfths to 1% and also set the 4:1 double octaves to 20% and the triple octaves to 1%, then pianoscope focuses only on the single 2:1 octaves in the treble. Then you get this result, in which the 2:1 octaves have very little beating, and the twelfths beat very strongly.
Thirds (red, 5:4), tenths (purple, 5:2), octaves (blue, 2:1) and twelfths (3:1, green).
Then the discant won't be so stretched out, there will be nice thirds and tenths. Octaves won't be beating so much.
The result is that the tuning won't be so aggressive, but rather warm.
